    Advance purchase bookings require full payment at the time of booking. These rates are typically offered at a discount and are non-refundable. Any changes or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
  2. Special Promotion Rates
    Bookings made under special promotional rates or deals are non-refundable. These promotions are designed to offer substantial savings, and as such, they come with strict no-cancellation, no-modification, and no-refund conditions.
  3. Group Bookings
    Group bookings, defined as reservations for more than 5 rooms, are subject to a non-refundable policy. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due prior to arrival as specified in the booking terms. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or reductions in the number of rooms after the booking is confirmed.
  4. Holiday and Event Periods
    Reservations made for stays during holiday seasons, special events, or peak periods are non-refundable. These periods include, but are not limited to, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, major sporting events, and local festivals. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellations or modifications are not allowed.
  5. Non-Refundable Rates
    Specific room rates labeled as non-refundable on our booking platform fall under this policy. These rates offer savings compared to flexible rates and require full payment upon booking. Changes or cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
